Lord Subramanya is the embodiment of bliss, courage, grace, and wisdom. He has conquered his fear. When we are established in our joy and bliss, grace happens in us. On this day of Skanda Sashti, Lord Subramanya triumphed over the asuras Taraka and Soorapadma. Celebrating and worshipping Subramanya on this auspicious occasion helps us overcome the asuras – fear and greed – in us; helps us establish ourselves in bliss. Let the Sashti happen inside us!
